Cosmic Dungeon Empire is a slow-burn, co-operative crawler for two to four players. Explore living dungeons, grow a quiet star-empire, and rest between battles — there is no timer chasing you here.

"Rest is a mechanic here, not a weakness."
— From the studio design notes
We built Cosmic Dungeon Empire in a small studio on Rivington Street for players who love strategy but not stress. Every floor of the Cosmic Dungeon regenerates around the way you play — patient explorers uncover gardens and observatories, while reckless raiders wake older, hungrier things.
Between expeditions you return to your orbital sanctuary: a home base you shape stone by stone, plant by plant. Progress is saved the moment you step away, so a single campaign can stretch comfortably across months of unhurried evenings.
No sprawling tutorial, no wall of menus. Cosmic Dungeon Empire eases you in over a single quiet evening.
Claim a drifting asteroid and lay out your first rooms — a hearth, a workshop, a greenhouse. This is the calm you return to after every run.

Invite up to three friends into a shared campaign. Everyone keeps their own hero and progress, and you can drop in or out of any session without breaking the story.

Read the dungeon, share supplies, and solve its rooms as a team. Combat is turn-based and forgiving — retreat and rest whenever the table needs a breath.

Carry relics home to expand your sanctuary and unlock deeper floors. The empire you tend quietly reshapes the dungeons you explore next.

Eleven people share the studio above a coffee roaster in Shoreditch. Here are a few of the hands behind the dungeon.

Lead Systems Designer
Builds the adaptive difficulty that reads your table. Believes the best challenge is one you barely notice arriving.

Paints the soft, diffused worlds of the Cosmic Dungeon by hand before they ever reach a screen.

Audio & Composer
Scores the ambient soundtrack live with cello and analogue synths in the studio back room.
